How do your customers find your salon?

Most customers find us via the internet and book on our webpage.Other than that, some customers are referred by friends,hotel staff,or by word of mouth.

How do you describe your costumers characteristics?

Many people visiting are interested in Japanese beauty techniques. 40% of our customers are foreigners.90%of customers make a reservations prior to the visit. Man -woman ratios 30-70. Forain residents living in Japan are usually American,English and Australian. Foreigners visiting Japan are often from Hong Kong,Taiwan and Singapore.

What the English level of the staff?

We have four salons established in Australia and two in Tokyo and every staff members are ready for English communication.We have the passion to learn English, so we practice daily and business conversation with emphasis on beauty salon terms.Since the foreigners are different with hair and bone structure,we possess the knowledge and experience to properly cater to each customers needs.

They often like the layered cut.For asian visiter, they often request a hair

cut,coloring,head spa, treatment and perm.Recently high-tone color is popular. For western customers, highlights are popular.

Please make a reservations prior to coming.If you are getting your hair cut, please visit by yourself not with a whole group.
